RC rough start fuel consumption

Interesting. I had a similar issue with my RC a while back. Hard starts and the fuel economy tanking sound very familiar. Have you checked the throttle position sensor or looked for any air intake leaks? Could also be the accelerator pedal module playing up. That was the culprit in my case.

No problem! It didn't throw any codes at first, which was super annoying. Eventually, the workshop guys pinpointed it to the accelerator pedal module causing the throttle valve to not function correctly. It was messing with the engine idle too. I'd suggest taking it to a trusted mechanic, they should be able to diagnose it properly. I ended up paying around 205€ for the whole thing.
