Renault Master Suspension Height Error

I'm having a weird issue with my 2022 Renault Master, the electric one, which has about 143,000 km on it. A warning light popped up about height control being restricted. The low beams seem off, and the van feels like it's not sitting level – the front seems higher than the back, and the ride is super bumpy. I scanned it, and there's an error stored related to the suspension. Has anyone else run into this? Could it be the air suspension?

I had something similar with my Master. Check the control rod on the leveling sensor. Is your front higher than your rear?

The control rod? Where exactly is that located, and how would I check if it's defective? And yes, the front is noticeably higher than the rear. Did yours feel like you were bouncing down the road?

Yep, bumpy ride sounds familiar. The control rod connects the sensor to the suspension. It's a small arm, check for damage/corrosion near the sensor. But honestly, with it being uneven I'd just get it checked by a workshop. Mine needed a new sensor, cost about 110€ to get fixed.

Thanks a lot! I'll take a look at the control rod, but I think you're right, it's probably best to just take it in. Knowing it's likely the sensor and roughly what it costs helps a ton! Cheers!
