Renault Scenic rear ventilation flap error

Hi, I'm having a weird issue with my 2018 Renault Scenic diesel. The air conditioning is blowing warm air, and the climate control seems off. I ran a diagnostic and it's showing an error related to the rear ventilation flap. Has anyone dealt with this before? I've checked the basics, like fuses, but no luck. The error memory mentions a possible defective cable or plug connection. Any ideas?

I also own a Scenic, although I'm not sure of the year without checking. I have encountered similar air circulation problems. If the air conditioning is no longer cooling and there is a stored error, this could indicate a defect in the climate control unit.

Thanks for the reply. When you had the similar issue, was it definitely the rear ventilation flap? And was it just a loose connection or something more serious? Just trying to get an idea of what I'm facing before taking it in.

Confirmation is not possible; however, the described symptoms mirror those of my previous automotive problem. The official recommendation is a system diagnostics at an authorized repair shop.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice! I took it to a local mechanic, and you were right, it was the rear ventilation flap issue. They found a loose connection. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted. Now the air conditioning is working perfectly again.
