Renault Wind fuel pressure issue
Summary of the thread
A 2011 Renault Wind with a gasoline engine experienced a check engine light, stalling at idle, and reduced power, suspected to be due to a defective fuel pressure regulator following a fuel filter change. Similar symptoms were noted by another individual with a different vehicle, suggesting a potential pressure issue within the fuel system. The problem was resolved by replacing the faulty fuel pressure regulator, restoring the car's performance.

Interesting. You also suspect the fuel pressure regulator then? Did it also begin immediately after a fuel filter change? Any particular error codes?

Yeah, the issues started right after the filter change, very similar to what you're describing. I didn't have the equipment to properly diagnose it, so I took it to a workshop. They confirmed it was a pressure issue within the fuel system.

Turns out a faulty fuel pressure regulator was indeed the culprit, causing the issues. Replaced it for 45€ and the car runs smoothly now. Your experience gave me the confidence to pursue this direction!

Sounds familiar! I had similar symptoms with my old Opel Astra after replacing the fuel filter. Engine misfire, intermittent pressure drop... Could it be related to the pressure sensor?
