Renault Wind start stop issue

Yes, the voltage appears normal. But could a seemingly functional battery still be the culprit, perhaps due to internal damage or reduced capacity?

Possibly. My battery seemed okay too at first, but it turned out it wasn't holding charge properly anymore. I'd suggest getting it properly tested, or just taking it to a workshop. They'll diagnose it quickly.

Thank you for the advice. I had the battery tested, and you were right - it was faulty. Replaced it for 290€ and the start-stop is working again and the error is gone.

Sounds familiar! I had similar issues with my Wind. The start-stop was the first to go, then the engine started acting up. Have you checked the battery's voltage? That was my first thought.
