Renault Wind system readiness incomplete

Hey, I'm having a weird issue with my 2013 Renault Wind (gasoline engine). The system readiness check is incomplete, and it's throwing an error in the speedometer. I recently used an OBD2 scanner to check something else, and I'm wondering if that messed something up. Anyone else experienced this?
