Renault Wind uneven engine running

Experiencing an issue with my 2011 Renault Wind gasoline. 249571 km on the odometer. The engine is running unevenly, check engine light is on, and there's an error code. Noticeable jerking during acceleration. Could an exhaust leak cause these symptoms? I already checked crankshaft and oxygen sensors and ignition coils for defects. The timing belt was changed recently.

That's exactly what I experienced. It turned out to be a small crack in the exhaust manifold, causing a lean mixture. I would suggest taking it to a workshop to get the exhaust system pressure tested. It is hard to find the leak yourself.

I followed your suggestion and had the exhaust system inspected. A leak was found and repaired. The total cost was 265€. The engine is now running smoothly. I appreciate your help!
