Thanks for the quick response! Yes, I used an OBD2 scanner. Unfortunately, I didn't write down the exact code at the time, but it pointed towards a problem with the rear ventilation flap actuator. The air circulation in the back is indeed completely dead. If it is indeed the connector, is this something that requires specific tools or expertise to fix, or is it reasonably straightforward?

Right, if the air's completely dead and the code pointed at the flap actuator, a dodgy connector is highly likely. While it could be the actuator motor itself, connectors are way more common. Honestly, fiddling with climate control electrics can be a pain to get to, and airbags sometimes are in the way. Unless you're super confident, and know how to disconnect the battery and avoid messing with the airbags, I'd get a workshop to take a look. A simple connector fix shouldn't cost too much.

Thanks for the advice. Considering the potential complexities and the airbag situation, I'll take it to a workshop. They confirmed the cable or plug connection of the component was defective. The repair cost was 95€. Appreciate your help!

Hey! Sounds like a pain. Rear ventilation issues can be tricky. By 'error memory', do you mean you hooked it up to an OBD2 scanner and pulled a specific code? Knowing the code would really help narrow things down. Otherwise, yeah, a dodgy connector to the flap actuator motor is a common cause for these sorts of issues. Is the air circulation in the back completely dead, or just weak?
