Rogue AC Not Cooling
Summary of the thread
The 2011 Nissan Rogue's AC system was not cooling, with no cold air or change in engine sound when activated. The fuses were checked and found to be fine, leading to a suspicion of faulty valves in the AC system. A professional inspection confirmed a faulty valve causing a refrigerant leak, which was repaired, restoring the AC's functionality.

Interesting! Where exactly did you find the leak in your Opel? Was it obvious, or did you need special equipment to detect it?

I didn't find it myself, to be honest. I took it to a workshop. They used some dye and a UV light to pinpoint the leak. Turned out to be a faulty valve. Given your suspicions, might be worth getting it professionally checked.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a mechanic, and you were spot on. Turns out it was a faulty valve in the AC system, causing a refrigerant leak. Cost me about 1000€ to get it fixed, but at least I have cold air again!

Sounds familiar! I had a similar problem with my old Opel Astra, though a much older model. The AC just gave up. Did you check for any refrigerant leaks? That was the culprit in my case.
