Rogue passenger seat electrical issue
Summary of the thread
The passenger electric seat in a 2008 Nissan Rogue stopped working, and a scan showed an error, leaving the seat unresponsive. A heavily discharged battery was suspected as a possible cause. It was suggested to check the seat harness and power seats fuse for loose connections or a blown fuse. After confirming the fuse was fine, a workshop reset the seat control module, resolving the issue.

Where's the seat harness located? And by power seats fuse, do you mean the fuse specifically for the seats, or part of a larger circuit?

On my BMW, the seat harness was under the seat, connecting to the motor and switch. You might need to unbolt the seat. Check your owner's manual for the fuse diagram. It's usually specifically for the power seats, but sometimes it's linked to other features. If the fuse is fine, I’d recommend a workshop. Electrical issues can be a pain.

The fuse was fine. Took it to a workshop, and they confirmed the battery discharge messed with the seat control module. They reset it, and everything's working again. Repair cost 290€.

Sounds familiar! My old BMW 3 Series had power seat issues after the battery died. Check the seat harness and power seats fuse. A loose connection or blown fuse can cause this.
