Rogue Sunroof Not Initialized Error
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Nissan Rogue displayed a 'sunroof not initialized' error, causing the sunblind to get stuck and the convertible top to become inoperable. The issue arose after recent coding adjustments, suggesting a calibration problem. Recalibrating the sunroof at a workshop resolved the error and restored functionality.

Indeed, the problems began shortly after the coding was completed. Could you elaborate on how you resolved your sunroof issue?

Given that it occurred right after the coding, it strongly suggests a calibration problem. I wasn't able to resolve the issue myself and ended up taking it to a workshop. They recalibrated the sunroof, which resolved the error and restored full functionality.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Following your advice, I had the sunroof recalibrated at a local shop, and it resolved the issue. The total cost was 75€. It appears the coding had indeed disrupted the initial sunroof settings.

I had a very similar issue with my Rogue. The symptoms you describe match what I experienced: the sunblind getting stuck and eventual failure of the entire sunroof mechanism. Did this start happening immediately after the coding changes?
