RX Audio System Failure

My 2010 Lexus RX hybrid's audio system stopped working at 138739 km. There's no audio output at all. I checked the volume control and USB audio, but the radio remains silent. Any ideas?

I had something similar happen in my RX. Radio silence is frustrating! Was the bass speaker defective by any chance?

How did you identify the defective bass speaker? Did you check audio connectivity or sound quality before?

I didn't diagnose it myself. I took my RX to a workshop, and they found the faulty speaker pretty quickly. They probably have better tools.
