RX massage seat switch failure

Hi, I have a 2016 Lexus RX with a gasoline engine, and the massage seat switch has stopped working. The massage function simply won't switch on. I scanned the car and there's an error stored in the error memory related to the seat. Has anyone experienced this?

Interesting. I had a similar issue with the driver's seat in my old 2012 BMW 5 Series. The seat heating wasn't working, and it turned out to be a loose connection under the seat. Have you checked the cable and plug connections under the seat? Could be a simple fix.
