S Klasse electric seat problem
Summary of the thread
The 2018 S Klasse diesel has a passenger electric seat fault, with an error stored and adjustment impossible. The suspected cause is a heavily discharged or defective battery, but the seat wiring appears fine. A similar issue was resolved by replacing the electric seat control module, which may be the necessary solution here as well.

The seat switch was my first check. Can you elaborate on the resolution in your case?

The solution for me was a trip to the workshop. They diagnosed a fault within the electric seat control module itself. It's apparently not uncommon. They replaced the unit and coded it to the car, and all was well. Hopefully, it's something simple for you, but given the error message, it might be worth getting it checked.

Confirmed control module. 290€ repair. Thanks.

I have an S Klasse, though the year is not important. I had a similar issue with my seat. The seat motor seemed completely dead on the passenger side. Have you checked the seat switch itself? Those can sometimes fail internally.
