S Klasse Seat Heating Problem

I had a similar problem with my old Volvo V70 when the seat warmer stopped working Did you check the thermal sensor That can cause heater failure I'd also inspect the seat cushion They had to replace something similar on my Volvo though I don't recall the exact part

The thermal sensor should be inside the seat cushion near the seat heating element On my Volvo the seat heating was completely dead If you're getting an error code and the seat heating isn't working it might be best to take it to a workshop They can diagnose it properly and confirm if it's the heating mat or something else

I appreciate the info The shop confirmed it's a defective seat heating mat The repair will be around 390€ Replacing it seems like the best option
