Thanks for the reply! I haven't checked the filter itself, but I've heard the heater on the fuel filter can cause problems. Did your issue throw any error codes? And was it constant, or just intermittent?

Yes, it did throw an error code related to the fuel filter heater. After checking, it turned out to be a defective cable or plug connection. It was intermittent at first, then became more frequent. I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop; that fixed it for me.

Thanks so much! I'll definitely take it to a workshop and mention the fuel filter heater cable and plug connection. Sounds like that might be the culprit. They quoted me about 95€ for the repair, hope it solves the problem!
