Hi, I'm having trouble with my 2012 Volvo S40 diesel. The electric steering column adjustment isn't working anymore. A message keeps popping up, and I can't adjust the steering column at all. I've checked the fuses, but they seem fine. The car has 174841 km. Could it be a loose connection somewhere?

I suggest you take it to a workshop. I needed help from a professional. The error memory said that the cable or the plug connection of the component was defective. They charged 95€.
