Thanks! The engine does start, but with a delay. The electrical issues are still there, and the navigation is still dead. Is this what you saw?

Yep, sounds familiar! Mine started okay-ish, but the electricals were all over the place. Best bet is to get it to a shop and have them properly disable Transport Mode using Volvo's diagnostic tools. It's a dealer visit, unfortunately.

Thanks for the help! I had a shop check the car and Transport Mode was active. They disabled it, and now everything is working. The repair cost was 0€, as it was just a setting.

Transport mode, eh? I had a similar issue with my S40. Pretty annoying. Does it still start okay, or is it completely bricked?
