S60 Airbag Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Volvo S60 hybrid displayed an airbag fault warning, potentially due to a loose wire. A suggestion was made to check the connections under the seats, particularly the plugs for side airbags and seatbelt pretensioners. Upon inspection, a defective cable/plug connection was identified and subsequently repaired at a workshop, resolving the issue.

Under the seats, you say? What exactly am I looking for? I'm no car expert, honestly.

Yeah, there are usually plugs for the side airbags and seatbelt pretensioners. On my Megane the yellow connector was broken. Maybe take a look at yours. Still, with airbags it’s better to be safe, and get it checked at a workshop.

Thanks a lot! It was indeed a defective cable/plug connection. Cost me 95€ at the workshop, but now it's fixed!

Hmm, sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my old Renault Megane. Did you check the connections under the seats? Sometimes those get kicked and come loose. Worth a shot before panicking.
