Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't checked the voltage yet, but that's a good point. What voltage should I be seeing there, and where exactly is the best place to test it?

Appreciate the advice. Took it to a shop, and you were spot on – corroded connector on the fuel filter heater. New connector and labor came out to 95€. Runs like new now!
