S60 smartphone pairing issue

Hey, got a weird one. My 2014 Volvo S60 hybrid, with only 31222 km on the clock, is throwing up function restrictions. Specifically, my smartphone won't connect, and there's an error stored in the memory. Think it's just a pairing issue?

Interesting... I've got an S60 too, and something similar happened to me. Could it be a software glitch perhaps? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps, such as deleting the existing pairing and trying again?

Yeah, I tried deleting the pairing and starting over. Still nothing. You think it's worth getting it checked out or am I missing something obvious?

Well, in my case, the problem persisted and I ended up taking it to the workshop. Turns out it was indeed an incorrect pairing that got corrupted somehow. Maybe getting yours checked out is a good idea, especially if you've exhausted all basic troubleshooting.
