S660 Audio System Failure
Summary of the thread
The 2016 Honda S660 experienced a complete audio system failure with no sound output. The issue was initially suspected to be related to a defective bass speaker. After checking connections and confirming the problem at a workshop, it was indeed identified as a faulty bass speaker, which was then repaired, restoring the audio system's functionality.

No distortion, it just cut out. Radio, Bluetooth, nothing works. Could a defective bass speaker cause the whole system to shut down?

Yeah, that sounds familiar. In my case, it was the bass speaker. I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop, I couldn't find the issue myself!

Thanks for the hint! A local workshop confirmed it was a defective bass speaker. The repair cost 280€, but the sound is back!

Interesting! I've got an S660 and had something similar. Total radio silence. Did you notice any distortion or crackling before it died? Have you tested different audio sources, like Bluetooth?
