Thanks for the quick reply! I did try a system reset via the menu, but it didn't change anything. I haven't checked the fuses yet, that's a good point. As for other malfunctions, everything else seems to be working fine: the radio, CD player, navigation... It's just the hands-free microphone that's dead. When you had this problem, was it also isolated to just the Bluetooth phone functionality?

Thanks a lot for your help! I took it to a Volvo specialist, and you were right – it was a defective module in the infotainment system.
