S80 Transport Mode Active

Hi, I've got a 2012 Volvo S80 diesel that's throwing me for a loop. The dashboard says 'Transport mode active,' and it seems to have caused a general electrical malfunction. The navigation is dead too. I just picked up the car, so it's not like I activated it. Any ideas?

The key fob seems okay, and the engine starts without issue. It's just this persistent 'Transport mode active' message and the electrical gremlins that came with it. Is there a way to deactivate the transport mode?

Thanks for the info! I contacted the dealer and they confirmed it was a pre-delivery issue. They sorted it out with a software fix. All systems nominal now!
