S90 Fuel Flap Issue

Having trouble with my 2016 Volvo S90 hybrid. The fuel filler flap release isn't working. Error memory shows a stored error, and the flap won't lock or unlock. Some other vehicle functions are unavailable too. I've checked the release button and key fob. Anyone seen this?

I had a similar problem with my S90. Couldn't get the fuel flap open. Did you also notice any issues with other electrical components, like the trunk release? What does the error message say exactly?

Yes, mine was definitely a linkage issue, or something electrical within the release mechanism itself. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop. They’ll be able to diagnose it properly and give you a definitive answer.

Thanks for the recommendation. I visited a workshop today. The repair cost was 210€. Apparently, the linkage was indeed defective. I appreciate the help.
