S90 massage seat fault

My 2017 Volvo S90 hybrid, with 176866 km, has a fault. The driver's seat massage won't switch on, and there's an error stored. I suspect a cable or plug issue. Has anyone experienced this?

I've got an S90 and had a similar problem with the massage seat. Was the error memory pointing to the seat switch?

Yes, the error code seems to indicate a problem with the seat switch circuit. What was the solution for you?

Sounds like the same thing. I ended up taking it to a workshop. Best to get them to check the wiring and connections; it could be tricky to diagnose yourself.

Workshop found a defective connector. Repair cost 95€. Problem solved.
