S90 tire pressure sensor fault
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Volvo S90 diesel is experiencing a tire pressure sensor fault, displaying a 'Tire pressure too low' warning despite correct tire inflation. The issue is suspected to be due to a sensor battery problem. A similar case confirmed that a failing sensor was the cause, and a workshop visit for sensor replacement and programming resolved the issue.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Yes, I performed a manual tire check and confirmed the pressure is within the recommended range. All tires are properly inflated. That's why I'm leaning towards a sensor problem. Was your issue also triggered by correctly inflated tires?

Affirmative, my S90 exhibited the same behavior – correct tire pressure but persistent TPMS warnings. It turned out to be a failing sensor. I recommend a visit to a reputable workshop for diagnosis and potential sensor replacement. The battery life on those sensors isn't infinite.

Thank you for confirming my suspicions. I appreciate the insight. I took it to the workshop as suggested, and it turned out that the tire pressure sensor battery was indeed empty. The repair cost was 280€, including sensor replacement and programming.

I have an S90 as well, and I had a similar issue. Did you check the tire pressure manually to rule out an actual low tire situation before assuming it's a sensor malfunction?
