Sail mirror heating failure
Summary of the thread
The 2019 Chevy Sail's mirror heating failure was attributed to a loose connection, as both mirrors were non-functional and the fuses were intact. The issue was confirmed by an error code in the memory. The recommended solution was to have the wiring checked by a professional, which led to the identification and repair of the loose connection at a workshop.

Both mirrors are dead. Where exactly should I be looking for these connections? I'm not exactly a car expert...

Okay, both mirrors point to a common issue. Honestly, tracing the wiring without proper tools can be a pain and you might accidentally cause more problems. Considering the error code and that it's both mirrors, it really sounds like it might be a faulty connection. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop to get it checked out properly. A defective cable or plug connection aligns with the symptoms you describe

Yeah, I think you're right. I bit the bullet and took it to the shop. Turns out it was a loose connection like you suspected and the repair cost about 95€. Thanks for the help!

Hmm, that's a bummer. Mirror heating issues can be tricky. Since you checked the fuses, have you looked at the wiring around the mirrors themselves? Sometimes a loose or corroded connection can cause problems. Also, do both mirrors not work or just one?
