Saxo Cruise Control Failure

Cruise control on my 2001 Citroen Saxo diesel has stopped working. There's a stored error, but I don't have the code. Suspecting a bad cable or plug. Anyone seen this?

I had a similar problem with my Saxo. Check the fuse box first. The pedal switch is also worth a look.

Was your pedal switch visibly damaged, or did you test it with a multimeter? Was the error code the same?

I didn't get any error codes. The pedal switch was just a guess. My issue sounds more like a clock spring problem. Get it looked at by someone who knows what they're doing.

I'll consult a professional. Looks like a workshop visit is on the cards. The final bill was 95€, for anyone else who has this issue.
