Thanks! Good point about the fuses; I'll check those first. Do you know which fuse controls the steering column adjustment? I couldn't find that in the manual. Also, is there anything else that could cause this?

I don't know the exact fuse number offhand, but I advise consulting with a qualified technician at a workshop to adhere to safety regulations and procedures. They can diagnose the electrical issues.

It was indeed a faulty connector, as I suspected! A workshop found a loose connection and fixed it. Total cost: 95€ Thanks!

Sounds frustrating. Have you checked the fuses related to the steering column adjustment? Sometimes, a blown fuse can cause such problems, cutting off power.
