Scenic Cruise Control Failure

Cruise control stopped working on my 2011 Renault Scenic, gasoline engine, at 153492 km. Error message on the speedometer, and the system is totally dead. Error memory shows a fault. Could it be a bad cable or plug? Anything I'm missing?

Interesting. I had a similar problem with my Scenic. Is the error message always on, or does it come and go? Have you checked the fuse box? Maybe a fuse for the cruise control or throttle body blew.

Thanks, the error message is constant. About the fuse box, do you know which fuse controls the cruise control? If it's not the fuse, any other ideas?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the specific fuse. But if the error is constant, and you've checked the connections, I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop. It's probably more complex. Cost me 95€ for a repair like that.
