Scenic Cruise Control Failure
Summary of the thread
The cruise control on a 2011 Renault Scenic with a gasoline engine stopped working at 153,492 km, displaying an error message on the speedometer. The issue could be due to a faulty cable, plug, or blown fuse. If the error message is constant and basic checks like fuses and connections don't resolve the issue, a professional workshop inspection is recommended.

Thanks, the error message is constant. About the fuse box, do you know which fuse controls the cruise control? If it's not the fuse, any other ideas?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the specific fuse. But if the error is constant, and you've checked the connections, I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop. It's probably more complex. Cost me 95€ for a repair like that.

Understood. Thanks for the help, I'll get a professional check as you suggested. Appreciate you confirming I should see a workshop.

Interesting. I had a similar problem with my Scenic. Is the error message always on, or does it come and go? Have you checked the fuse box? Maybe a fuse for the cruise control or throttle body blew.
