Scenic fuel flap issue

I've got a Scenic too, newer though. Sounds familiar. Does the central locking work on the other doors? When my fuel flap went, it was a central locking fault. Key fob okay?

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, central locking works on all doors. Key fob's fine, battery seems good. What was the exact central locking fault you had? Did it affect other functions like mine?

My central locking still worked on the doors, but the signal to the fuel flap wasn't being sent. I think it was a defective linkage. Because other functions are unavailable too, I'd take it to a workshop to avoid more electrical problems.

Thanks. Appreciate the info about the central locking linkage. I'll book a workshop appointment to get it diagnosed. Seems like the repair will be around 210€, but I want it checked out.
