How do I check the power to the pump? I'm not very experienced with electrical diagnostics. Also, where are the lines located that are prone to clogging?

Without proper tools it is hard. If you don't have a multimeter, then just try to listen closely when you activate the washer. If you can't hear the pump at all, then it's likely an electrical issue. As for the lines, they usually run from the reservoir to the nozzles. Honestly, for something like this, a workshop might be your best bet. They can diagnose it properly without you messing something else up.

I took your advice and brought it to a local workshop. They confirmed it was a defective cable connection to the pump, which also affected the relay. The total cost for the repair was 165€. At least everything is working again.

Sounds like a pain. I've heard of similar problems. Did you check if the pump is getting power? Maybe the connection is loose or corroded. Also, could be a clogged line somewhere, especially if you use cheap washer fluid.
