Thanks for the quick reply! It's completely dead – no movement whatsoever. Where exactly should I be looking on the seat harness?

Okay, completely dead sounds like what I experienced. I'm no expert, but it probably is the battery like you said. Honestly, I ended up taking mine to a workshop. Good luck fixing!

Thanks for confirming, I really appreciate it. I ended up changing the battery and the problem was solved. It cost me 290€ but at least it works again!

Hey! I had something similar happen in my Scenic. Was it completely dead, or just acting weird? Did you check the seat harness and motor? I'd start there before assuming the worst.
