Scenic Windshield Wipers Not Working

Where exactly are those located? I'm not exactly a mechanic, more of a 'try-to-fix-it-myself-before-giving-up' kinda guy. And how did you figure out it was the cable, not the motor itself?

Honestly, I didn't figure it out myself. I poked around a bit, wiggled some wires, and then got frustrated and took it to a workshop. They said it was a corroded connector, cleaned it, and all was fine again. Based on your symptoms, it sounds similar. Just go to the workshop, I wasted too much time before.

Thanks! I was hoping to avoid the workshop, but I guess I'll take it in. If all goes well, I will have a bill of around 95€. At least now I have a better idea of what to tell them to look for. Hopefully, it's just a dodgy connection, just like yours. Thanks again!

I had something similar on my Scenic, though I can't remember the exact year. Have you checked the cable and plug connections to the wiper motor itself? That was the problem for me. Seems like a common issue.
