Thanks for your reply! I haven't checked the radio signal strength, but that's a good point. As for the fuses, do you know which one would be responsible for the antenna? And with disconnecting the car battery, wouldn't I risk losing some settings?

Yes, disconnecting the battery could reset things, but you're right, it might erase some settings. Given the symptoms and the workshop's suspicion of a defective connection, it really does point to the antenna or its wiring. It sounds like the radio signal is not working properly. If you're not comfortable checking the wiring yourself, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. They can test the antenna and the antenna mount properly and confirm the issue.

The workshop confirmed it was indeed the bumper antenna. 95€ later with antenna replacement, everything is working perfectly again. Thanks a lot for your help!

That sounds tricky. It's almost like your car's lost its ability to communicate properly. Have you checked the basics like fuses, or tried disconnecting the car battery for a bit to see if it resets anything? Also, does the radio signal seem weaker than usual?
