Seat Alhambra Navigation Problems

I'm having an issue with my Seat Alhambra, model year 2019, diesel engine. The car navigation system is completely lost with no GPS reception. I scanned for errors, and there's a fault related to the GPS antenna. Could that be the only problem?

That sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Alhambra. It's like it suddenly lost touch with the satellites. Have you checked the GPS module itself? Sometimes it's not the screen, but the actual receiver.

GPS module? Where is that located? Can I check it myself, or should I leave it to a professional? I don't want to make things worse.

It's usually under the dashboard, but unless you're comfortable with car electronics, I suggest getting it checked by a professional. If the error code points to the antenna, that's likely it. That was my issue, and a new GPS antenna fixed it.

Thanks! The shop confirmed it was the GPS antenna. They replaced it, and the navigation is working perfectly. It was about 200€, just like you predicted. I appreciate the help.
