Seat Alhambra Power Window Issue

I've got a bit of a headache with my 2014 Seat Alhambra, gasoline engine. Suddenly, the power windows have stopped working altogether. No response from any of the window control switches. I plugged it into a diagnostic tool, and it's throwing up an error related to the window regulator. Thinking it might be the power window switch itself? Anyone had this happen before?

Sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my Alhambra. Check the regulator motor. The car window might be stuck because of it. It’s a common issue. Does the error code point to that?

Regulator motor, huh? Where exactly is that located, and is it something I can check myself without pulling the whole door panel apart?

Yeah, the regulator motor sits inside the door, connected to the car window. Honestly, unless you're comfortable with automotive repair, I'd say take it to a workshop. Could be a faulty connection or the motor itself. Better safe than sorry.

Just letting you know, the local garage nailed it – dodgy window control. New switch, 200€ total. Cheers for the assist!
