Seat Alhambra Sunroof Problem

My 2001 Seat Alhambra with a gasoline engine has a weird sunroof issue. The sunblind gets stuck, and the convertible top won't budge anymore. I suspect it's related to some recent coding. The sunblind no longer retracts and extends. Any ideas?

Sounds like a coding issue. I had a similar problem on my Seat Leon. Have you checked the vehicle sunroof control module?

Control module, right. Anything specific I should be looking for?

The Leon had the same symptoms, sunblind getting stuck and all that. It's probably a trip to the workshop for a proper diagnostic and recoding.

A local garage resolved the issue. The sunroof system needed a reset after some coding. It cost 75€.
