Seat Altea massage seat problem

I had a similar electrical issue with my Altea's massage seat. Have you checked the seat motor connections? Sometimes they come loose or get corroded.

Where exactly is the seat motor connector located? Is it easy to access without special tools?

The connector is underneath the seat. If you are not familiar with automotive seats, it might be better to get it checked at a workshop. It could be a simple fix, like a loose wire. Sounds like it is the seat switch. I'm glad I went to the workshop, they sorted the automotive seats issue quickly.

Thanks for the help. The workshop found a faulty connector under the seat. They replaced it, and now it's working. Cost 95€, as they thought it would.
