Seat Altea transport mode issue

I am writing to inquire about a peculiar issue with my Seat Altea, build year 2015, gasoline engine, with 89143 km on the odometer. I suspect that the transport mode is active. I'm experiencing a general electrical malfunction, and the navigation system is not functioning. Could this be the cause?
