Seat Arona Blower Motor Issue

Thanks for the reply. Yes, the AUC sensor is also known as the air conditioning sensor or odor sensor; some even call it the HVAC sensor. I've already checked the fuses, and they seem to be fine. Any ideas on how to further diagnose the cable or plug connection?

Okay, since the fuses are good, it does sound like that cable/plug thing is more likely. I'm no expert, but if it was me, I'd try to find the AUC sensor and give the connector a wiggle. See if anything changes. But honestly, messing with car electrics can be tricky. It's probably best to let a professional take a look, especially if you're not 100% confident. Could save you a bigger headache (and expense!) later.

I took your advice and had a closer look at the AUC sensor. It turned out to be a faulty connection, just as suspected. A quick trip to the workshop and 95€ later, the blower is working again! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

That's a bummer! Sounds like a weird issue, but I've heard of stranger things happening. Is the AUC sensor the same as the air conditioning sensor? I’m not super familiar with the Arona, but it could be like a fuse problem, you know? Like when your Christmas lights all go out because of one bad bulb. Have you checked the fuses related to the blower motor and the sensor?
