Interesting. When you say similar, how similar? Were you getting function restrictions too? And did you have any electrical faults that you were aware of before the connection issue came up?

Yup, complete function restrictions. I couldn't connect my phone no matter what I tried. No obvious electrical faults beforehand, no. Honestly, I was stumped. Eventually, I just took it to a workshop and they fixed it pretty quickly. Might be worth a shot for you too.

Just wanted to follow up. I took your advice and went to the workshop. Turns out, the issue was indeed incorrect pairing with the end device. They sorted it out for 45€. Thanks for the help!

Whoa, that sounds oddly familiar! I have a Seat Arona too, and I had a similar connectivity problem a while back. Although, my engine light wasn't on. Was there any other warning sign, maybe related to the fuel system?
