Thanks! I haven't checked the wiring yet. Where exactly is the crank sensor located? And is it easy to check the wiring myself?

Yep, that 'crankshaft to camshaft reference value' points directly to the crank sensor. On my Megane, it was a pain to reach, buried near the crankshaft pulley. Checking the wiring is simple: look for any loose connectors or damaged wires. But honestly, with those symptoms and the error code, it's probably the sensor itself. I'd recommend taking it to a workshop for a proper diagnosis and replacement.

The workshop confirmed it was the crank sensor. They replaced it, and now the engine runs smoothly. Total cost was 340€. Thanks for the help!

Sounds like a crank sensor issue. I had a similar problem with my old Renault Megane. Engine synchronization was off, causing misfire and a check engine light. Have you checked the wiring to the crank sensor? Sometimes it's just a loose connection.
