Seat Arona starting issue

When I say interrupted, I mean the car cranks slowly like the battery is almost dead. I haven't checked the Charging System, but how would that explain the battery being heavily discharged if the car is off?

Okay, slow cranking definitely points to a lack of sufficient amperage from the battery. Even though the car is off, a parasitic draw somewhere in the system could be the culprit. This could be from a faulty module not going to sleep, or even a short circuit somewhere. While it's possible to chase these down yourself, given the potential complexity and the need for specialized tools like a multimeter with amp clamp functionality, I recommend taking it to a trusted workshop. They can perform a proper diagnostic test to pinpoint the exact source of the drain before you start replacing components. It’s likely related to the Starter Motor.

Took it to a local shop and they confirmed the battery was toast. New battery and all is well, cost me 290€. Thanks for the help!

I had a similar issue with my Seat Ibiza. The symptoms sound eerily familiar. When you say 'interrupted,' can you elaborate? Was it a complete loss of power, or more of a fluctuating voltage? Have you checked the Charging System's output with a multimeter? A significant Voltage Drop could point to a faulty Circuit Breaker or even corrosion in the Fuse Box.
