Seat Arosa automatic transmission issue

Alright, so my 2003 Seat Arosa with a gasoline engine is playing up. It's got 77277 km on the clock. The automatic transmission is shifting all weird, the transmission indicator light is on, and it's not shifting right. Feels like it's stuck in some kind of emergency mode. I've heard it could be undervoltage, but not sure where to start. Any ideas?

Whoa, sounds familiar! I had almost the exact same thing happen with my Arosa. The transmission was acting up, indicator light was on, and it felt like it was stuck in emergency mode. Yep, sorted it. Turns out it was the transmission oil. Got an oil replacement and a transmission flush, cost 240€. Shifts like new now, thanks for the help!
