Seat Ateca air suspension issue

I'm writing to report a suspension malfunction with my Seat Ateca, build year 2020, gasoline engine, with 65170 km. The vehicle can no longer lift, resulting in a noticeable leaning. The error memory has stored an error, and an error message is displayed. Also, the low beam is misaligned and a warning light is on. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection is the most probable cause. The repair cost may be around 95€. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with the air suspension or load leveling on their Ateca? I'm seeking advice and insights.

That sounds frustrating! Leaning is never a good sign. Is the error message always there, or does it come and go? Does it happen more when the car is loaded or unloaded?

The error message is constant, and it doesn't seem to be affected by the load. Do you think the defective cable connection is something that can be diagnosed and fixed relatively easily?

Okay, a constant error message rules out some intermittent issues. A defective cable connection is a common cause for air suspension problems, especially with load leveling systems. It should be relatively easy to diagnose with the right equipment, but you'll likely need to go to a workshop for them to check the suspension system and air struts properly.

I wanted to report back about the suspension issue with my Ateca. It was indeed a defective cable connection, just as I suspected. The repair cost was 95€, as I initially estimated. Thanks for the help in figuring this out.
