Seat Ateca Gasoline Engine Power Loss

I'm really starting to get frustrated. I have a 2020 Seat Ateca with a gasoline engine and about 171509 km on the clock. Lately, I've noticed a significant reduction in engine power and a jerking sensation when accelerating. Plus, there's some smoke coming out when I put my foot down. I checked the error memory, and there's a stored error, although I don't know what it means. Could this be detonation related to deposits in the combustion chamber, or is it something else entirely? Could it be the knock sensor? I am completely lost and unsure where to start!

After cleaning and some engine tuning, especially adjusting the ignition timing, the issue is resolved. It cost me 425€, but at least my Ateca runs smoothly again!
