Thanks for the quick reply! I haven't checked the hose for clogs or leaks yet. Where exactly is the pump located, and is it easy to access? Also, no, there is absolutely no sound coming from the headlight cleaning system when I try to activate it.

Okay, the lack of sound from the pump is a strong indicator that it's either not getting power or the pump itself has failed. While you could try to locate and check the pump yourself, given the symptoms and your initial suspicion of a cable connection issue, it might be best to have a workshop take a look. In my case, it was indeed a corroded connector to the pump, which caused a full system failure. Saved myself a lot of headache by bringing it in. Good luck!

Just letting you know about the headlight cleaning system issue. I took it to a workshop and you were right! The cable connection to the pump was defective. Repair and parts cost 165€. Thanks for your help!

I had a similar issue with my Ateca not too long ago. The windshield washer stopped working completely. Have you checked the hose for any kinks or potential leaks? Sometimes a simple clog can cause the whole system to fail. Another thing to consider is the pump itself; it might be faulty. Does the headlight cleaning system make any sound when you activate it?
