Seat Cordoba Diesel Electrical Error

I am experiencing a problem with my 2003 Seat Cordoba diesel. An error is stored in the error memory, and there's a general electrical malfunction, including a non-functional navigation system. The onboard diagnostics suggest that the programming of the control unit is implausible. Can anyone advise?
